Softiq measures page views and product actions with Google Analytics, and stores a signed-in name, email, and role in Firebase to understand how the product is used.
Session recordings, feedback, and interview reports may be stored to support your learning journey and program quality. You may request access or deletion of your data by contacting support@softiqlabs.com.
